Topics may include, but are not limited to:

• Neighborhood disputes and the everyday negotiation of coexistence in pluralistic societies
• Migration-related conflicts and questions of belonging and exclusion
• Polarization processes in local contexts
• Conflicts in spatial and urban planning
• Local protest movements and the role of emotions
• Conflicts about renewable energy projects and climate policy
  
  
  Please send your abstracts until July 13 with up to 300 words to lokonet@fh-erfurt.de. Please also include a brief biographical note (max. 150 words). We will get back to you with a decision in early September. Presentations can be held in either English or German. Depending on the interest of participants, we will coordinate follow up publication projects.
